Final Polish Bundle

This polishing bundle provides a complete, sequential finishing system for non-ferrous jewellery alloys when working with a micromotor or flex shaft.

Surface refinement begins with abrasive paper rolls in 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 grit, enabling controlled removal and uniform scratch progression. Mechanical pre-polishing follows with the Shofu Brown silicone bullet, formulated for efficient contour refinement. The Shofu Green silicone bullet delivers the subsequent fine pre-polish, removing remaining micro-scratches and preparing the metal for final finishing.

A goat-hair mounted brush is then used to clean and smooth the surface while maintaining detail definition. Final high lustre is achieved with Dialux Blue compound, designed for bright finishing on precious metals and commonly used as the final stage before ultrasonic cleaning.
