Refund policy

At Tool Room, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are protected at all times. 

Faulty or Damaged Items  

If an item you have purchased is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from its  description, you are entitled to a remedy in line with the ACL. This may include a repair, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at studios@gaffa.com.au, providing your order number and supporting photographs where applicable. 

Change of Mind  

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, particularly on tools, consumables, or custom orders, except where required by law. 

Conditions for Returns 

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of  purchase. 

Returns must be pre-approved by Tool Room before being sent back.

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed via your original method of payment. 

This policy operates in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and  Consumer Act 2010 and enforced locally by NSW Fair Trading. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
