Shipping policy

At Tool Room, we take care to ensure your order is processed efficiently and delivered safely. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. 

Pickup

Pick up can be arranged from our Marrickville studio space free of charge.

• Please email supplies@gaffa.com.au - your name and the products you wish to purchase.
• An invoice will be issued that can be paid online.
• Collection time will be organised once payment has been received.
• Pickup is currently available Tuesday–Thursday only with prior booking.


Dispatch and Processing

• Orders are packed and dispatched to couriers every Tuesday only.
• Processing times are typically 2–6 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after Tuesday will be dispatched the following week. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)  

• Standard delivery: $15 for all orders under 5kg
• 5–10 business days after dispatch 

• Express delivery: $25 for all orders under 5kg
• 3–5 business days where available 

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal or courier delays outside our control. Please allow Australia Post the full 5–10 business days for standard parcels.
For orders over 5kgs a shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight/dimensions and your location. 

International Shipping
• We currently do not ship internationally. 

Duties, Taxes and Responsibility  

• All duties, taxes, or customs charges (where applicable in future) are the responsibility of  the customer.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Accuracy  

• Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct at the time of  purchase.
• Tool Room cannot refund, replace or redirect items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
